Abstract
The dataset introduces a valuable perspective on strontium (87Sr/86Sr) for the study of the Late Roman and Migration Period (300-600 CE) in Germany, complementing existing research that has predominantly focused on carbon and nitrogen isotope systems. By incorporating strontium isotopes and elemental concentrations ([Sr], [Ca], [Pb] and [Ba] that reflect geographic and environmental signals, the dataset provides additional avenues for investigating variation and patterns of human movement within Late Roman populations.
